I use the online reservation form or call the hotline for booking? |

The
online reservations submitted through our system are processed daily from
2000 hours to 2300 hours Singapore time which is for the purpose of booking
24 hours or more in advance.

is your operating hours for telephone calls booking? |
| |
Our
driver takes calls 24 hours daily. Customers who require our immediate
attention are encouraged to call us directly.

How
do I know if my booking has been confirmed? |

We
will acknowledged all confirmed reservations via a short message service
(SMS) unless otherwise the customer specify in the comment box that he/she
requires us to respond via other means.

What
is a current booking? |

This
is an urgent telephone booking requesting our immediate service. The fare/rate
is determined by the driver depending on the location of the nearest driver
available. This is not a guaranteed service as it is subjected to the
availibility of vehicles.

Can
arrangements be made for a daily pick-up? |

Yes.
Please make the booking using our online reservation form. Special rates
can be given on a short term basis.

Is
there any extra charges? |
| |
For
transfers from 0000 hours to 0600 hours, there is a midnight surcharge
of SG$12 per transfer.

are the different types of payment? |

The
two forms of payment are cash and credit card. All major credit cards
will be accepted.
